change is a beautiful thing
After nearly 6 (!!!) wonderful years at Prairie Sky Integrative Health, I will be moving a stone's throw away to Core Wellness Collective.
My last day at Prairie Sky Integrative Health will be March 28, 2026. The reception team at Prairie Sky will be booking appointments and handling supplement fulfillment until March 31, 2026. Online booking will remain open and can be accessed here.
After April 1, 2026, please contact Core Wellness Collective for supplement and appointment needs.
Other important information for you:
All of your patient data will be transferred over with me so there is no need to start fresh.
Any appointments booked at Prairie Sky Integrative Health will also transfer over to the new location.
You are always welcome to see a different practitioner. If you would like to see one of my colleagues at Prairie Sky Integrative Health, you will require an initial appointment with them. If you both decide that having your previous record is necessary, you will sign a release of records form that will be sent to me and I will gladly release these records to your new ND.
I will no longer be offering injections. If you receive an injection from me on a semi-regular basis, I have been in touch with you to make arrangements for your continued care.
I will be working less Saturdays in this season of life as I spend more time with my growing (oh so fast!) toddler and family. However, I will always be available to you on a Saturday if that is all that works for your schedule. Please connect with me if you require a Saturday so that I accomodate you.
There are no other changes to my care - virtual, telemedicine and all other goodies stay the exact same. Direct billing will still be available.
I sincerely thank you for your trust in me as your care provider; it is a true honour and I never take it for granted. I would be delighted to welcome you into the new space.
This move is meant to be an easy experience for you so please let me know if there are any issues or concerns that I can troubleshoot.
