Happy Workiversary to Me!

It has been six lovely years in practice with you all and I wanted to say….

Thank you!

Thank you to patients for showing up and trusting the process. Any practitioner worth seeing will tell you - we are nothing without you! We learn with you, through you and because of you. The honour is all mine.

Thank you to my partner, friends and family for supporting me in all of the ways. Running a private practice is not easy. It takes a village.

and I want to thank myself (!!)

Sure, I’ve learnt a lot but more importantly - I have unlearnt.

I have unlearnt:

*my patterns and beliefs so that I can show up wholly for folx and

*a lot of what I was taught as a student (yes, truly)

*what I “should” be doing as an ND

and instead just meeting people where they are at with protocols that reflect the current times and needs of the population.

What comes next?

Same old - more learning, more unlearning and hopefully a really beautiful evolution of self and doctor.

As the saying goes, you can only take your patients as far as you’ve gone yourself. So let’s go ❤️🌀
