Hello!

I’m Dr. Brittany Wolfe, ND and I am elated to be a part of a paradigm shift in healthcare.

I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus) in British Columbia.

My path to naturopathic medicine grew from a deep interest in gender, health, autonomy, and sustainability. Through my own health journey, I came to appreciate the body’s innate intelligence and the powerful role we play in supporting it. This perspective continues to guide my approach to care.

I aim to bridge both science and tradition—combining evidence-based medicine with holistic therapies such as botanical medicine and acupuncture. Inspired by mentors who skillfully integrated physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, I strive to support patients in a comprehensive and grounded way.

I have a clinical interest in perinatal care, fertility, and nervous system regulation, and I am committed to ongoing learning in these areas.

Outside of practice, I enjoy spending time in nature with my child, caring for my pets, and experimenting in the kitchen.

I am a member in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Doctors and currently serve as Registrar for the province of Saskatchewan.

Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine helps us understand how the season, our food and our disposition affects our everyday health. It also provides insight on diagnosis just by the appearance of your tongue and the rhythm of your pulses. Often a persons’ Chinese medicine pattern mirrors their conventional diagnoses but it offers a different lens to view pathology and therefore a different and sometimes more appropriate treatment. I personally believe that Chinese medicine provides much important insight in the realm of women’s health.

Offerings:

  • Acupuncture for hormonal balance, stress and anxiety, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues

  • Healing foods according to your specific Chinese medicine pattern

  • Seasonal lifestyle and dietary advice as per the five element theory

  • Use of traditional Chinese herbs as needed

Nutrition

Food is a powerful medicine. Most everybody has some curiosity around food, diet and the “best diet for me.” I believe that the “ideal” diet is the most variable diet and is often informed by the season, our geography, our intolerances and our culture. Sometimes we need to temporarily remove foods in order to better determine the effect they have on our individual bodies. Rest assured, your journey with establishing your ideal diet will be well-thought out, rooted in self-compassion and created with the goal to get you eating as many foods as your body desires as quickly as we can.

Offerings:

  • Identifying food sensitivities, food intolerances and allergies

  • Tips and tricks to use everyday foods as medicine

  • Education and encouragement of a whole foods diet

  • Recipes and resources

  • Tips on how to eat well on a budget

  • How to establish embodied eating practices

Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a very anatomically precise modality that’s approached energetically. This gentle type of manual therapy can create dramatic improvements in your life. Its light touch releases restrictions deep in the body to relieve dysfunction and pain, physically, emotionally and energetically.

In this work, we connect with the craniosacral system, consisting of soft tissue and fluid that protect, feed and detoxify our brain and spinal cord that articulate with every other system as a whole. When part of our system is compromised, craniosacral can support the body to relax, unwind and release. The effects can be profound and issues can be worked on at a level that many other manual techniques cannot reach.

I am trained in a blend of Upledger and Biodynamic craniosacral therapy; an ideal foundation to approach the body with precise anatomical knowledge but to delve deep into the energetics of healing. I layer this approach with my knowledge in botanical medicine, pathophysiology and traditional chinese medicine which allows me to see the body, wholly.

This work is soul work; a potent, intentional invitation for your body to rediscover its innate healing capacity in a safe space.

Treatments can be combined with acupuncture if indicated and desired.
